Course Overview
Mainstream agile methods such as Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) provide a solid foundation for executing small projects. However, we recognize that these techniques are not sufficient to address the complexities of large enterprise endeavours. IBM’s freely available Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) framework fills in the gaps left by other agile methods to provide guidance for more challenging projects and programs. This workshop provides in-depth training to illustrate how to take a full-lifecycle approach to delivering sophisticated agile projects in the enterprise.
The course will be delivered in English. Complicated terms will be translated by Askhat Urazbaev, an expert in flexible methodologies and creator of Agile Russia and Scrumtrek.
