During the presentation we are going to investigate the introduction and realization of two projects, which can be considered as the basis of providing accessibility and development of all e-services in Latvia.

1.Firstly, according to the one-stop agency principle, the public use e-service infrastructure and the official Latvian web-page www.latvija.lv, which is the institution of a unified state government, was established. During the establishment of this project the following goals were reached:

a. improvements in the efficiency of the public administration

b. facilitation of public service electronisation, development, accessibility and quality (one-stop agency principle)

c. reduction of the administrative burden for citizens and businesses

d. greater possibilities for citizens to engage in social processes

e. the development of information technology systems, that are designed for the use of all or a group of government institutions
