Lean Startup approach coined by Eric Ries after years of startup lessons learned analysis can be successfully applied for driving organizational changes, managing process improvements and foster innovations. It’s very simple but very effective approach which helps to organize small baby steps of changes into sustainable change garland with strong effectiveness control and managed pivots. This experience report summarizes several years of Lean Startup approach conscious usage for driving process changes and innovations in large software development outsourcing company and provide practical advices for those who is responsible for innovations, organizational and process changes.
